Upper East Side condo inspired by Parisian architecture launches sales from $5.25m
The posh boutique building offers just eight luxury apartments

It was just over a year ago that plans for a 15-story condo building located at 27 East 79th Street were revealed. The five-story townhouse was purchased by developer Matthew Adell for $28 million in 2016 and it’s now being revamped into a mixed-use development with both retail space along with eight residential units. Though the project is still in the works, sales have offcially launched for a few of its luxurious abodes.
